District Charters plans group ground transportation for the organizations that keep Washington running: federal offices and the contractors who support them, embassies and visiting delegations, associations, and corporate teams. Every request starts the same way, with your passenger count, addresses, timing and any access or protocol requirements, so the vehicle plan fits the day instead of the other way around.
Who we plan for
How a typical engagement works
- Scope. Share dates, passenger counts, pickup and drop-off addresses, and anything unusual: secure-facility gates, credential checks, VIP sequencing, luggage volume or accessibility needs.
- Vehicle plan. We match vehicles to the manifest: a single motorcoach, a mix of minibuses for split programs, or a lead-and-follow sequence for a delegation.
- Written quote. You receive pricing in writing for internal routing and approvals. If your office needs a specific format or vendor paperwork, say so in the request.
- Run-of-show. Before the day, we confirm staging points, contact names and timing so drivers and your on-site lead are working from the same plan.
Where we operate
Washington DC plus Maryland and Northern Virginia, including Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, Tysons and National Harbor, with airport work at Dulles (IAD), Reagan National (DCA) and BWI Marshall.
Frequently asked questions
Can you quote a multi-day or multi-vehicle program?
Yes. Use the quote form for a single trip, or the proposal request for multi-day, multi-vehicle or recurring work. Include the full schedule and we will respond with a written quote you can route internally.
Which vehicles are available?
Shuttle minibuses through 56-passenger motorcoaches, plus smaller vehicles for principals. Availability depends on the date, so tell us your passenger counts and we will confirm the right mix in writing.
