The Walter E. Washington Convention Center at Mount Vernon Square hosts large conventions, trade shows and public expos. Many attendees stay within walking distance, but large events also fill hotels across downtown, Capitol Hill, Arlington and beyond. Shuttle loops connect those hotels to the venue at peak times.
What we run for convention center events
- Hotel loops between room-block hotels and the convention center
- Exhibitor and staff transfers for early setup and late teardown
- Evening event shuttles to receptions and dinners around DC
- Airport transfers for groups arriving at DCA, IAD and BWI
Planning notes
The blocks around the convention center are busy, and curb space for coaches is limited during show hours. We coordinate loading locations with the event's transportation plan and time loops around session start and end times.
